Discover the intimate world of German Romanticism through the music of Clara Schumann, Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms and Hugo Wolf — from Schumann’s beloved Kinderszenen, to expressive Lieder, Brahms’ four-hand piano works, and selections from the radiant Liebeslieder Waltzes.

Presented by The Poetics Collective, this programme explores the friendships, inspirations and creative tensions that shaped some of the most treasured music of the Romantic era.
